Export modes & documents

STARGO exports as CBU (fully built), SKD or CKD to match each market’s import tariff and local-assembly policy. Standard export documents include the commercial invoice (CI), packing list (PL), Form E (China–ASEAN FTA certificate of origin), certificate of origin (CO) and bill of lading (B/L). UN38.3 and MSDS for lithium batteries are confirmed per model and configuration.

Quality control & PSPV

Every order passes a six-stage QC flow (incoming inspection → frame assembly → battery & motor installation → electrical testing → road testing → pre-shipment QC). PSPV (pre-shipment production video) is filmed for every container; under the 30%–50% T/T deposit terms the buyer confirms the video before paying the balance, giving both sides a shared acceptance reference at the loading stage.
