What types of vehicles does STARGO manufacture?
We produce electric two-wheelers (scooters, mopeds) and three-wheelers (enclosed tricycles and cargo trikes) with a range of specifications for commuting, commercial use, and delivery services.
Are you a factory or trading company?
STARGO is a factory-backed electric mobility supplier focusing on electric cargo tricycles, electric passenger tricycles, electric motorcycles, electric bicycles, and OEM/ODM solutions.
Do you offer OEM/ODM services?
Yes, we provide full customization including colors, logos, vehicle configurations, and limited branding options for our international partners.
What is the typical battery range and motor power?
Range and power depend on the model and battery configuration. Most models run 500W–2000W motors on 48V/60V/72V platforms; high-voltage performance models (e.g. OBSIDIAN) reach up to 8000W peak and up to 230 km of range.
How does STARGO ensure quality control?
All vehicles go through strict QC procedures including component inspection, assembly line checks, battery and motor testing, and road testing before shipping.
What certifications do your vehicles have?
STARGO vehicles comply with standard international requirements, and lithium battery certifications such as UN38.3 and MSDS are available for export compliance.
How is production capacity confirmed?
Available production slots and delivery schedules are confirmed for the selected models and order configuration during quotation. Request the current plan from the export team.
Which markets do you export to?
We currently export to multiple regions including Southeast Asia, Africa, and Middle Eastern markets, and we are open to new international distribution partnerships.
How is shipping and packaging handled?
Vehicles are carefully packaged using wooden pallets, foam protection, and secure wrapping to ensure safe delivery. We handle container loading, export documentation, and shipping logistics to international partners.
Can you provide export documents?
STARGO supports export documentation coordination according to order and destination market requirements.
What products are suitable for my market?

Can you help build a dealer product portfolio?
Yes. STARGO can help dealers select suitable product lines for commuting, delivery, passenger mobility, logistics, and local market sales.
What is STARGO Motor's minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ is 10 units. Mixed-model FCL or LCL containers are welcome, so dealers can combine several models in one order.
What is the production lead time?
Standard orders ship in 7–15 working days (15–20 working days for larger orders). OEM/ODM orders may add a few days.
What are the payment terms?
A 30%–50% T/T deposit, with the balance paid against the pre-shipment production video (PSPV) before the container ships.
What warranty does STARGO Motor offer?
Motor and controller: 12 months. Lithium battery: 12 months at >=70% capacity. Lead-acid battery: 6 months at >=60% capacity. Frame: 24 months structural. Warranty starts from the Bill of Lading date.
Which certifications are available for export?
Standard China 3C; CE, CB, EEC, COC and SONCAP are available on application by target market. A Form E (China-ASEAN FTA) certificate of origin is provided on request to reduce duties.
Does STARGO Motor support OEM / ODM and CBU / SKD / CKD export?
Yes. Logo, colour, battery, packaging and model configuration can be tailored to your market, with CBU, SKD or CKD export modes available.
