What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The MOQ is 10 units, and a single container can be mixed across different models, which lets new partners trial several models within one container.

Which markets does STARGO support?

Target markets cover Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America and Europe. Form E (China–ASEAN FTA certificate of origin) is available to help eligible importers claim tariff preferences.

What dealer and after-sales support is provided?

STARGO supplies complete export documents (CI, PL, Form E, CO, B/L), exports via CBU, SKD or CKD to match local tariff and assembly policies, and films a per-container PSPV. Warranty terms are 12 months on motor/controller, 12 months on lithium battery (capacity ≥70%), 6 months on lead-acid battery (capacity ≥60%), and 24 months on the frame.

Does STARGO support OEM/ODM for dealers?

Yes. Dealers can customize logo, color, battery, configuration and packaging, and STARGO can provide private-label authorization for eligible partners, allowing a differentiated product line in the local market.
