STARGO backs every exported vehicle with a governed warranty structure and continuous spare parts supply. We provide 12 months warranty on motors and controllers, 12 months on LiFePO4 batteries (capacities ≥ 70%), and 24 months on structural frames, with model-matched spare parts packages shipped directly with container orders.

Governed Warranty Terms & Coverage

Warranty terms commence from the Bill of Lading (B/L) issue date. Replacement components under valid warranty claims are supplied free of charge and shipped in subsequent container shipments or via air express.

Dealer Spare Parts Inventory Management

To prevent dealer service downtime, STARGO recommends including a 5% to 10% spare parts stock (controllers, chargers, brake assemblies, lights, and tires) with initial container orders.
