Each motor is paired with a controller matched to the platform voltage (48 V, 60 V, or 72 V) and tuned to local speed-class regulations. This pairing is done in-house, not on the assembly line by combining generic components.

Each gate produces documented outcomes: passed vehicles are recorded, photographed, and compiled into the pre-shipment production video (PSPV) before the container is sealed.
The PSPV is the acceptance gate between the six-stage QC and the export documentation release.
