STARGO Lithium Battery Catalogue

STARGO supplies 47 lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery models across eight application categories: general-purpose 12V/24V/48V packs (RV, marine, solar, off-grid), e-bike and e-tricycle traction (48–76.8V), forklift traction (48–80V), AGV and mobile-robot packs, aerial work platform batteries for scissor and boom lifts (24–96V), a 48V modular energy-storage system (15kWh, stackable to 75kWh), portable power stations (1500–3500W pure sine) and marine propulsion packs (25.6–76.8V).

All packs use automotive-grade cells with a built-in battery management system (BMS) that balances cells and protects against over-charge, over-discharge, over-current and over-temperature. Cells are sourced from vetted suppliers including BYD, CATL, EVE, Gotion and CALB; aerial-platform batteries are UN38.3-tested, drop-tested and insured, and AGV packs are proven in volume at the SGMW smart plant.

Every battery is quoted to order — there is no online checkout. Lithium-battery exports require a UN38.3 test report and MSDS, and air or sea freight must meet IATA / IMDG dangerous-goods rules. STARGO confirms the exact cell supplier, connector, capacity and export documentation per model and target market.

General LiFePO₄ Battery (12–48V)

Built-in smart BMS deep-cycle LiFePO₄ batteries — a direct replacement for lead-acid across 12V / 24V / 48V. Suitable for RVs, boats, solar systems and off-grid use.

Electric Two-Wheel / Three-Wheel Vehicle Battery (48–76.8V)

High-power lightweight EV traction batteries for electric scooters, motorcycles and tricycles. Covers 48V / 60V / 72V platforms, with Bluetooth options and up to 76.8V · 150Ah · 11.5kWh configurations.

Forklift Traction Lithium Battery (48–80V)

Automotive-grade LiFePO₄ forklift batteries with counterweight design — charge current up to 200A, discharge current up to 500A. Compatible with Linde, Toyota and Hangcha forklift platforms.

AGV / Mobile Robot Battery (24–48V)

Automotive-grade AGV traction batteries covering 24V / 48V platforms with CAN / RS485 / Bluetooth / GPS communication — designed for smart factories, logistics robots and mobile automation, proven in volume at the SGMW smart plant.

Aerial Work Platform Battery (24–96V)

LiFePO₄ batteries for scissor lifts and boom lifts covering 6–28m+ working height — Beidou GPS, remote power-off and low-battery anti-lift protection, with UN38.3, drop-test and safety compliance.

Energy Storage Battery System (48V)

48V / 314Ah · 15kWh standard energy-storage module with modular parallel expansion — automotive-grade cells, expandable up to 75kWh for marine storage, solar systems and inverter-integrated ESS.

Portable Mobile Power Supply (12.8–22.4V)

Pure sine wave portable power stations with 1500W / 2500W / 3500W inverter output and AC 220V / 50Hz support — automotive-grade LiFePO₄ cells, maximum energy up to 3.83kWh.

Marine / Special Power Battery (25.6–76.8V)

Automotive-grade LiFePO₄ batteries for marine, bamboo-raft and special power applications — 25.6V / 51.2V / 76.8V platforms, up to 230Ah and 5.88–17.66kWh, co-developed with Gotion for marine and special-use power scenarios.
